My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The location was excellent, close to the city center of Antalya and many shopping centers, but the rooms were not soundproof, small for a family of 3, and not as clean as expected. The service had its ups and downs too, as the staff were not so nice with guests and not well organized, but room service was efficient and the hotel was close to shops. The dining experience was okay, but not outstanding. On the bright side, the facilities were quite good.

I had to call for replacement towels, robes, and basic minibar items myself. On the bright side, the beds were large and cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very small, possibly the smallest I've encountered during my many holidays in Turkey. Despite this, my kids had a great time enjoying the swimming pools, cinema, and arcade hall. However, the room I received was not up to the standard I paid for.

The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff notably Vahdet and Sibel from guest relations. The location is perfect, although some noise from the waterpark at the entrance can be a downside. The dining experience was average with a lack of taste and variety, but the facilities overall were satisfactory.
